Thora has established itself within the Swedish wine scene, with high ambitions for wine, craftsmanship and quality. At Flora, wine and gastronomy come together, and the relationship between the food and the wines we produce here at the vineyard is central to our identity.

We are now looking for our next Head Chef – someone who wants to lead and develop Flora’s kitchen while becoming an important part of the team driving Thora Vineyard forward.

THE ROLE

You will lead Flora’s kitchen and team, with responsibility for menu development, quality, people and financial performance, working closely with our winemakers, sommeliers and local producers.

Flora has a strong foundation and a clear identity – but we’re not standing still. We’re looking for someone who brings experience, creativity and ideas and wants to develop Flora further together with us.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Experience as a Head Chef or in an equivalent leadership role
• Strong culinary craftsmanship and a genuine appreciation for great ingredients
• Confident, unpretentious leadership
• Sound financial understanding
• A genuine interest in wine and the relationship between food and wine
