Our wines

Our wines are born from the cool, coastal climate of the Bjäre Peninsula, where long summer days and ocean breezes create slow, even ripening and vibrant natural acidity. We cultivate varieties like Solaris, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, Gamay, and Chenin Blanc – chosen for their ability to thrive in northern conditions, offering freshness and a clear expression of our unique terroir.

In the cellar, we work gently, without the use of industrial yeasts, additives, or chaptalization, allowing the natural flavors and aromas of each vintage to shine through. This minimalist approach, combined with organic and regenerative practices in the vineyard, results in wines that are pure and expressive. Each bottle is crafted by hand, embodying our belief that great wine should express its origin and unique terroir.
