Solaris Heritage 2021 is an unfiltered wine vinified in both stainless steel and oak barrels. This vintage reveals bright citrus, ripe pear, and a touch of green apple. Subtle oak influence adds light vanilla, floral honey, and soft spice, while the finish shows a firm yet balanced freshness. A precise and food-friendly wine that pairs well with seafood, poultry, or vegetable-based dishes. Notes from the Vintage: A warm summer followed by a mild and cooler September. Balanced ripening and good freshness were observed. Best enjoyed within 5 years.

Terroir
Soil: Our vineyard sits on a unique mosaic of sandy and clay soils layered over ancient gneiss bedrock. Microclimate: Located 800 meters from the Kattegat Sea, the cool maritime influence brings freshness and vibrancy to Solaris. Proximity to the sea provides excellent airflow and moderate temperatures, ideal for slow maturation and balanced acidity.
