Birgit Nilsson (1918–2005) was a legendary Swedish soprano, known for her unmatched power and presence on the grand stages of Vienna, Bayreuth, and New York. Despite global fame, she remained deeply connected to her roots in Bjäre.In partnership with the Birgit Nilsson Stiftelse, a special edition wine label has been created to honour her legacy. It’s a celebration of her extraordinary talent, global impact, and deep connection to Bjäre.The wine bearing this commemorative label will be featured at all Birgit Nilsson events — a meeting of music, place, and craftsmanship.
