Fredrik is one of Sweden’s most visionary creators of non-alcoholic beverages. Together with our sommelier Daniella, he has developed a Sparkling Tea flavored with seasonal ingredients from our vineyard, including verjus from our own grapes. Each season, a new version is created and served at Restaurang Flora — one flavor at a time, always rooted in what grows around us and how the year unfolds at Thora.
