The wine has bright citrus notes, followed by ripe yellow fruit and pear, while the subtle floral hint of elderflower adds a layer of complexity. Its balance makes it a perfect pairing for dishes ranging from asparagus to delicate fish. Notes from the Vintage: A cool early summer gave way to a late heatwave in August, with a temperate and rainy September. It was an expressive and generous vintage. Best enjoyed within 5 years.

Solaris Heritage 2022 is an unfiltered wine: 50% was aged for 9 months in a blend of Swedish and French oak barrels, while the remaining 50% was vinified in stainless steel tanks.

Soil: Our vineyard sits on a unique mosaic of sandy and clay soils layered over ancient gneiss bedrock. Microclimate: Located 800 meters from the Kattegat Sea, the cool maritime influence brings freshness and vibrancy to Solaris.
