Our natural sparkling wine is made using the ancestral Pétillant Naturel (Pet-Nat) method. Fermentation begins in stainless steel tanks, and when around 18 grams of sugar remain, the wine is bottled to complete fermentation naturally, creating gentle, elegant bubbles. The wine is unfiltered and made without added sulphites, preserving its pure character and aromatic expression.
Terroir
Soil: The vineyard is planted on glacial moraine soils layered over ancient gneiss bedrock. This provides excellent drainage and mineral complexity to the wines. Microclimate: Broddarp vines, located 3km from the Kattegat Sea, the year-round climate significantly influences the character of our vines.
