Sourced solely from Pinot Noir grapes, this unfiltered wine aged partly in French oak and stainless steel. Most of the wine aged in French oak barrels for 10 months, while the rest evolves in stainless steel tanks. The wine unfolds with notes of blackberry, black cherry, and blackcurrant, complemented by mocha, cocoa, and a hint of pepper. Its tannin structure is elegant and silky. Serve slightly chilled to enjoy its fruitiness. Notes from the Vintage: The warm ripening season of 2022 brought greater fruit concentration and soft tannins to the Pinot Noir grapes. Best enjoyed within 5 years.
