Fermented with indigenous yeasts, unfiltered, and vinified in stainless steel, the wine offers lifted citrus notes, fresh pear, and pronounced elderflower aromatics. Its natural acidity brings vibrancy and freshness, with a nice bitter twist on the finish. A precise and expressive vintage that shines with seafood and fish. Notes from the Vintage: The summer was cold and rainy, with a major storm in August slowing vine development. A warm, sunny September salvaged the vintage, which delivered surprising quality. A balanced growing season led to optimal maturity, enhancing the wine’s aromatic profile and freshness. Best enjoyed within 3–5 years.

Terroir
Soil: Our vineyard sits on a unique mosaic of sandy and clay soils layered over ancient gneiss bedrock. Microclimate: Located 800 meters from the Kattegat Sea, the cool maritime influence brings freshness and vibrancy to Solaris. Proximity to the sea provides excellent airflow and moderate temperatures, ideal for slow maturation and balanced acidity.
