Solaris Pure 2021 expresses the bright character of Solaris. Vinified in stainless steel tanks and left unfiltered, the wine reveals vibrant citrus and lime zest notes alongside floral hints of elderflower. The finish is fresh and lightly bitter, offering a clean and refreshing profile, with seafood and light fish dishes. Notes from the Vintage: A warm summer followed by a mild and cooler September. Balanced ripening and good freshness were observed. Best enjoyed within 3–5 years

Terroir
Soil: Our vineyard sits on a unique mosaic of sandy and clay soils layered over ancient gneiss bedrock. Microclimate: Located 800 meters from the Kattegat Sea, the cool maritime influence brings freshness and vibrancy to Solaris. Proximity to the sea provides excellent airflow and moderate temperatures, ideal for slow maturation and balanced acidity.
